Meet David
David Rogers lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Jackie, and children. He began his professional career working in commercial construction and then transitioned into residential construction after gaining experience working with residential real estate sales and investments.
His love for residential design coupled with helping people discover and attain their dream home is why he has been building custom homes since 1996.
Expierence
David is a licensed general contractor and real estate broker with a BS in Building Construction Engineering from the University Of Louisiana Monroe. Upon graduating, he chose a career in the heavy commercial construction and real estate development industries which took him to Texas, D.C., Georgia, and finally, North Carolina.

During his time in commercial construction and real estate development, David managed the estimating, procurement, scheduling, design interpretation, quality, and cost control of numerous high-profile projects valued at over $350 million. In residential sales, he often led the company and city in both sales volume and customer satisfaction which culminated in being recognized as "Salesperson Of The Year" on four different occasions.
