David Rogers lives with his wife, Jackie, and children in Charlotte, NC. He began his professional career working in commercial construction and then transitioned into residential construction after gaining experience in residential real estate sales and investments. 

 

His love for residential design, coupled with his desire to help people discover and attain their dream homes, is why he has been building custom homes since 1996.

1988 - 2004

DAVID ROGERS WORKED FOR HOME BUILDERS IN CHARLOTTE GROWING THEIR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

During his time in commercial construction and real estate development, David managed the estimating, procurement, scheduling, design interpretation, quality, and cost control of numerous high-profile projects valued at over $350 million.  In residential sales, he often led the company and city in sales volume and customer satisfaction, culminating in his recognition as "Salesperson Of The Year" on four occasions.​

 

David combines his education, diverse building experience, extensive knowledge of design, and crystal-clear customer communications to offer you one of the smoothest and most professional building processes available.
