We are delighted to get to know you and learn how we can assist in building your dream home. We learn about your conceptual ideas during this meeting. We discuss the specifics from square footage, timeframe, your budget, and if you have land or need assistance in finding the perfect property. After this conversation, we draft an agreement and retainer for the project and then match you with our vetted companies and professionals that fit you and your home. This team will work together to make your dream home a reality.

When you build a custom home, you are in charge and make the big decisions. Your home is designed for you and our team will assist you every step of the way. After the discovery meeting and the architect and interior designer are chosen, you will meet and start building out the design. The designer will discuss the home’s flow, furniture placement, and the size of the rooms. This is the opportunity to design the home with the essentials and features that are on your list. If you don’t know what you need, don't worry, David will guide you through every aspect. The end product will be one that you imagined, fits your lifestyle, and keeps within the proposed budget.
