Second story large front porch was torn down and rebuilt. This was a tough situation that required lots of problem-solving along the way. He was very knowledgeable and hired reliable and skilled subcontractors. From the first meeting for the estimate to the last meeting upon completion of the project, Mr. Rogers was a reliable, hands-on contractor. He spent appropriate time walking through contract details, listened to our needs, especially our timetable. The project was organized and kept moving, as subcontractors came and went. Each day David Rogers checked in or came by to review what was completed and if we had any concerns. He dealt with any issues that arose immediately. We stayed on time and within budget. He and his subcontractors were always professional. It was a pleasure working with them.
