With more than 7,500 square feet of heated space—and over 14,000 square feet under roof—this residence isn’t just large in scale, it’s rich in detail, intention, and personalization.

Spanning three levels, the home balances grandness with comfort. An open catwalk overlooks the main living space, and a sculptural metal staircase becomes a centerpiece in its own right—designed to be both functional and artful. An elevator shaft was built in, preparing the home to evolve as its owners do, with convenience and longevity in mind.

Every space was crafted to serve a purpose, none more so than the outdoors. A series of porches and patios blur the line between indoor and open-air living, with an infinity-edge pool that captures the Carolina sky in its reflection. An outdoor grill area sets the tone for effortless entertaining, with thoughtful nooks designed for gathering, lounging, or simply taking in the view.
